Our Electroless Plating Finish Services
Deliver uniform 5-50μm thick coatings with ≤±1μm thickness variation across complex geometries. Our automated process achieves 98% coverage on steel, aluminum, copper, and plastic substrates, offering nickel-phosphorus (2-12% P content) and nickel-boron coatings with 800-1200 HV hardness (ISO 4516).
What is Electroless Plating Finish?

An autocatalytic chemical deposition process where:

Metal ions reduce without external current

Forms isotropic coatings regardless of part geometry

Creates metallurgical bond with substrate

Key parameters:

Deposition rate: 10-25μm/hour

Operating temperature: 85-95°C

Bath life: 6-8 metal turnovers (MTO)
